Thank you!!! What an appreciation. Our library is growing...

Mr. Bones helped us better understand the skeletal system today.

Students will write and draw about their bones tonight. This photo should give some details if your child seems at a loss.
Homework:
Math
Write: Poetry for 15 minutes, open topic, open genre. Just enjoy sitting in a beautiful place with your writers notebook and writing some poetry.
Science: Write and draw about the skeletal system. Details above.
Read! As always.

Math Club:
Our small crew today engaged in a variety of activities:  working on puzzlesthat required sequencing & multiples; solving Once Upon a Time problems, involving time measurement; playing Frac-Jac and other games that practice adding fractions; or solving the Frog & Toad puzzle.  After lunch, we watched two mathematical short videos by mathemusician Vi Hart:  the club favoriteWind & Mr. Ug, about mobius strips, and Spongebob's Pineapple Under the Sea, about Fibonacci numbers.
