This afternoon we finished our solar system measurements and came to the common understanding that our TBS solar system is pretty much made to scale.  With one exception, Pluto.  This was the perfect segway to a discussion about...is Pluto considered a planet?

Homework:

Fill out 3 research cards for your pioneer research paper.  Remember, think about what pioneer characteristics or traits your chosen person represents.  Fill the front of the card with information and write the source on the back.  And please, feel free to do more thank 3 cards if you wish.
